HERO: Health Education Resource Organization

HERO was initially created in 2018 as a part of a program to create community and wellness in Arizona. Over the years, we have experimented with different plans and different ways to generate resources and spread them to the people of the Valley. And here we are, with heromed.org, a site designed to make your medical, health and wellness journey simpler. Our team has worked to create a list of available resources, programs and information so that you can find everything easier.

We have plans to create events and other opportunities to expand our program and reach more people. We also have AskMD, our custom AI chatbot to answer any general medical questions you may have, HeroCare, which can give you a potential diagnosis based on your symptoms, HEROCoach, which looks at your current lifestyle and makes suggestions to reach your fitness goals, and a tool to find services near you. This is but the first step into our journey to make health a more approachable and equitable field for everyone.
